Down side:

This place is small, so if you have lots of stuff...this place is prolly not for you. =(

No pets are allowed. =( (maybe one cat but that would basically be the only exception)

I'm a dj/producer, so this place can be quiet loud at times...so this place is not for the book worms. =P
